How quickly will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern usually ship the same day. All orders are processed in the order they’re received and typically ship within 48 hours. During major sales or peak events, processing times may be slightly longer.
If there’s ever a delay with your order, we’ll notify you via email right away.
How much is shipping?
For orders that are less than $150 before tax, we have a simple, flat-rate delivery charge of $7.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we do offer free shipping on all orders over $150 (before tax) in the US.
Free shipping will be automatically selected at the checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship orders using UPS or USPS. Delivery times vary based on your location:
East Coast / nearby states: typically 1–3 business days
Central U.S.: typically 3–5 business days
West Coast: typically 5–8 business days
These timeframes are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery speed is determined by UPS or USPS.
