When shipping items to return, be sure to get a receipt from the carrier. This is the only way to track something that gets lost in transit. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, immediately.
Please note that bank and card processing times vary, finalized posting may take several days.
Returns for Klarna Orders:
For purchases made through Klarna, we follow Klarna’s refund guidelines. If you need to return an item within 14 days of delivery, we will refund the product and the original shipping fee, as required by Klarna.
To complete your return, we require pre-approval and will verify receipt or proof of purchase.
The item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it to qualify for a refund.

Late or missing refunds

Discontinued items

We may replace items, or give store credit for items if they are open, used or defective. If you have an issue with an order or an item, please contact and share your concerns. We can troubleshoot the issue and discuss options.
If you are shipping items to return, it is recommended to using a trackable shipping service (UPS or USPS) or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
